Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information reasonably necessary for In The Grove Media to perform the requested services.

• Feedback or approvals

Requests outside the agreed scope may be considered additional work and may require additional fees.

Client-Provided Content

Clients may provide photographs, logos, videos, music, written materials, account credentials, brand assets, or other content for use in connection with services.

By providing such materials, the client represents that they have the right or permission to provide and use those materials for the intended project.

In The Grove Media may rely on the client regarding ownership, permissions, and authorization for materials supplied by the client.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the In The Grove Media website, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, written website content, and other original materials created for the operation of this website are owned by or licensed to In The Grove Media.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, sell, modify, or distribute website content for commercial purposes without authorization.

In The Grove Media is not responsible for platform outages, suspensions, algorithm changes, third-party policy changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

In The Grove Media will provide services consistent with the agreed scope of work, but creative, marketing, and social media results may vary.

We do not guarantee any particular number of followers, views, engagements, leads, sales, customers, revenue, or other business result from social media management, content creation, photography, or related services.

Those platforms operate under their own terms, policies, and availability.
